Refund policy

Loud Beads strives to deliver the highest quality products and customer satisfaction.  If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!  

We accept returns for products in like-new condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.  We ask that you request a refund through our Shopify store and ship the products to the address provided.  Upon receipt, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
